As reported on the BBC, Nick Lupton has been flooded 11 times since 2016. In 2023, Nick decided to build a flood wall around his property with Lakeside Demountable Flood Barriers for access.
As a result, his home was kept dry in the recent floods despite flood waters reaching up to 900mm high above ground.
